My Challenge starts Monday 6 August and will end on Sunday 28 October 2007. Each week I will update this blog with how my week has been, pictures, comments & progress. This blog is here for two reasons.
- To keep track of my 12 weeks to health & fitness success
- To inspire & motivate you to take on a 12 week challenge yourself
First of all, I am not new to the Body-for-LIFE. For 12 weeks in early 2005, I did the exercise and ate the food. The results were good. I lot a good amount of weight, was a lot fitter & much stronger. There are two problems.
- The results were good, I am committed to GREAT!
- I stopped the exercise & healthy eating and am now back to square one!
I have been inspired by an email I received from a new friend of mine, Danny Mallinder, from Wanganui. www.dannymallinder.com/bfl.html. Danny shared this link with me recently and I was blown away by his results. This email coupled with the fact that I won a 1-week free membership at local gym, CLM Fitness, Palmerston North was enough to kick me into gear!
So here I am, about to head off to my first gym session for many months and committed to massive results in the next 12 weeks.
